Immutable metadata incident
Do not approve an on-chain metadata-repair transaction. The collection and affected assets use MPL Core ImmutableMetadata protections. A URI update simulation was rejected with InvalidAuthority / program error 0x9, so another wallet approval would only fail and may consume a network fee.
The canonical website continues to publish all 1,000 portrait images and JSON files directly. This keeps the collection data available while the permanent-storage CDN incident is escalated to the storage provider and marketplace indexers.
A website deployment cannot rewrite an immutable on-chain Irys URI. Recovery of an affected permanent-storage transaction must happen at the storage/CDN layer.
Next steps: keep the website fallbacks online, request restoration of the original Irys transaction IDs, ask marketplaces to refresh after restoration, and require a permanent-storage preflight before any future mint. No wallet connection is required on this page.
